1. One day before arrival (till 2 pm) without cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation that shall be made after this time-limit or in case of non-arrival the first night of ordered Accommodation service not having been used will be charged.

2. Cancellation conditions for packals
(Valid for new reservations made from 20.5. 2016)
Cancellation and money refund available for all cancellations at least 7 days prior to arrival day. In case of late cancellation the entire booking value will be charged.


3.Payment and cancellation condtitions for group reservation (group = from 10 rooms or 15 persons):
Payment conditions:
50% pre-payment is required min. 30 days prior to arrival date. Less than 30 days prior to arrival 50% pre-payment must be received into 3 working days after reservation confirmation.

Final payment will be charged by arrival/departure at reception desk.

Cancellation fee:
Cancellation min. 30 days prior to arrival - free of charge
29 - 14 days prior to arrival - 30% from total amount will be charged.
13-8 days prior to arrival - 50% from total amount will be charge.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of total amount will be charged.

4. Accommodation, payment and cancellation policies for the period 26.12.2019-1.1.2020
All bookings during New Year's Eve period 26.12.2019-1.1.2020 must be fully pre-paid when reservation is made, free cancellation and money refund will be still available for all cancellations 30 days prior to arrival day. In case of late cancellation the entire booking value will be charged. Minimum length of stay in these days (over the night of 31.12.2019) is 3 nights.
