Hotel Esplanade, originally called Hotel Holzer, is located in the centre of Františkovy Lázně. It is a dependency of the spa hotel MONTI SPA and offers accommodation in 42 modernly equipped rooms that ensure comfort and style for all guests.  It has a beautiful location directly opposite the town theatre, next to the spa park. Dining and spa treatments take place at the Hotel Monti Spa, which is 50 metres away.

• 20 to 14 days before the day of starting the accommodation, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total price of the stay;
• 13 to 7 days before the day of starting the accommodation, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of the stay;
• 6 days to the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of the stay.
