Accommodation: 21 nights (extension possible)
Board bases: Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner, full board starts with dinner and ends with breakfast)
- All inclusive drinks free of charge - unlimited consumption of selected alcoholic, non-alcoholic, hot and cold drinks during dinner (the deal is not valid on New Year's Eve 31 December)

Medical examination:
- Initial medical examination

Treatments: 54 therapy treatments
- (the type of treatment is determined by the attending doctor at the initial examination).
No spa treatments are dealed on 24 and 25 December or on 1 January; there is no substitution.
Swimming pool: free admission to the Aquaforum: Monday - Friday
Bathrobe: for a fee
Wifi: internet connection for a fee, free internet at reception
Visitor's tax: this is not included in the price, is payable on arrival at reception from the age of 18 according to the current price level
Parking: parking for a fee at the hotel or in the central car park
Guarantee: The hotel requires a guarantee with credit card or prepayment of 15% of the total price.
Other: additional services for a fee, e.g. rental of bicycles (Bike Station Pawlik) and Nordic walking sticks, laundry and ironing service etc.
Christmas&New Year's eve:
