Kurhaus Erika

The Erika Spa House is located opposite the spa park, just a few minutes walk from the pedestrian zone of Franzensbad.
All treatments are performed in the house. The spa house is the owner of the state-approved Erika healing spring, which is used for both mineral baths and drinking cures.

Accommodation:

• The medical facility has a capacity of about 98 beds.

Catering:

• There is a restaurant, a cafe, a pastry shop and a sun terrace in the hotel.

Breakfast: Breakfast in buffet form (hot + cold).
Lunch: Lunch with a choice of two menus (soup, main course, fruit or dessert).
Dinner: Dinner in the form of a rich buffet (hot + cold).

• It is possible to choose a diabetic diet, a reduction diet or a vegetarian diet.
• Gluten-free or lactose-free meals are available for an additional charge.
• Dance evenings are held in the house every Wednesday.
   

Spa & Wellness:

All treatments take place at the house. The spa house is the owner of the state-approved Erika healing spring, which is used for both mineral baths and drinking cures. The Erika spring is very similar in composition to the Karlovy Vary springs and is recommended for the treatment of stomach ulcers, inflammations and postoperative treatment of the digestive system. The spa uses natural medicines for treatment.

• Swimming pool
  The swimming pool in our spa house is very popular and with an area of 125m2 it is one of the largest in Františkovy Lázně. The pool has a bubble bath, massage jets, whirlpool and counter-current. The water temperature is about 30°C.
   
• Sauna
  Sauna with mineral water pool, infrared cabin
   
• Gym
  Well-equipped fitness room.
   
• Salt cave
  Really spacious and nicely furnished salt cave.
  The humidity is between 65 and 70%. For a salt cave this is the recommended humidity to accelerate the absorption of the salt air at a comfortable room temperature of 20 - 21°C.
   
• Treatment
  In the family atmosphere of the Erika Spa House you will be attended by an experienced doctor and receive all medical treatments directly in the newly built treatment department. There is a 24-hour medical emergency in the house.
   
• The healing spring
  The Erika mineral spring was discovered in 1999 and recognized by the state as a healing spring. The type designation is "E1 Erika". The spring is located in the corridor of the Balneo and is freely accessible to all guests. The second mineral water spring is located in the outdoor area of the restaurant. The spring well is equipped with an information board and a statue of Erika, the patron saint of the spa.
